Jed Pence
BIOMECHANICS AND PERFORMANCE
After sustaining a career-ending injury as a D-1 Collegiate Athlete, Jed devoted his life to better understanding biomechanics (the impact of movement and load on the human body), to help athletes stay healthy and perform at their very best.
Since 1994, Jed has trained, supported, and developed proprietary techniques to improve and sustain performance of Professional Athletes (i.e. NFL & MLB Players, Olympic Track & Field Medalists, Record Holders, and more), Coaches, Collegiate Athletes, and dedicated Youth Athletes looking to commit and get a head start on their athletic wellness and training.
